ISO 27001 Information Security Management Systems
Protecting the company's information system and assets is one of the main requirements of Pharmakos Consulting's operations.
To secure it, we have established security requirements for:
- Privacy – We ensure that confidential information is available only to those authorized to access it
- Integrity – We protect the existence, accuracy and completeness of confidential information
- Availability – We ensure that authorized users have the opportunity to access confidential information and associated resources when the service is required
The management expresses its continuing aspiration to achieve the following enduring values:
- Apply high professional principles of business respecting and applying all business and legal requirements, as well as all commitments,
- Encouraging internal communication, giving opinions, suggestions and initiatives especially in the field of information security,
- Providing information security training to all employees,

ISO 26000 Guidance on Social Responsibility
Pharmakos Consulting advocates open communication, development of social responsibility policies and compliance with the recommendations of ISO 26000 and national legislation.
We strive to provide a comfortable working environment for our workers by understanding their wants and needs. We have provided social responsibility training for our workers and are constantly raising awareness of the importance of social responsibility to all stakeholders.
All our procedures are in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, technical regulations and norms, as well as the criteria and requirements required by our clients and those interested in the environment related to social responsibility.
We base our behaviour and actions on the internationally recognized principles of social responsibility. These principles are:
