Introduction of PharmaKos Business Process and Quality Management System

Short description of the project

Pharmakos Consulting d.o.o. has signed with the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Crafts and the Croatian Agency for Small Business, Innovation and Investments (Hamag Bicro) the Grant Contract number: KK.03.2.1.14.0068 for the implementation of the project “Introduction of PharmaKos Business Process and Quality Management System ".
In order to increase market competitiveness and improve business results, the project will introduce the internationally recognized standards ISO 27001: 2013 - Information Security Management System and ISO 26000: 2010 - Guidelines on Corporate Social Responsibility, which will improve the quality of business, enable sustainable growth, development and easier access to target markets and will boost the 
 

Project implementation period

The project is being implemented from April 23, 2019 to July 23, 2020.
 

The overall objective of the project

The overall objective of the project is to contribute to increasing the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises by investing in reaching an applicable standard level of internationally recognized quality levels.
 

Purpose of the project (specific objectives)

1. Increasing the competitiveness of companies to enter the domestic and foreign markets;
2. Increasing the investment activity of the company in reaching the standards of internationally recognized levels of quality and safety;
3. Increasing competence and increasing the efficiency of company employees.
 

Expected project results

1. The introduction and implementation of ISO 26000: 2010 will create a competitive advantage for the company; maintaining a good reputation; ability to attract and retain employees; maintain good relationships with suppliers, clients, relevant governmental bodies, the media and the entire community in which the company operates
 2. The introduction and implementation of ISO 27001: 2013 will achieve legal requirements, achieve marketing benefits, reduce the risk of unforeseen costs due to security incidents, and improve the organization of the company
 3. Preconditions for new employment created
 

The total value of the project is: 257.780,00 HRK

The total eligible expenses are: 162,780.00 HRK

European Union co-funded amount: 138,363.00 HRK
